Timing is Everything!

I am sure you have heard this proverb before - "Timing is everything."

Today, I was taught that lesson again. Maybe I'm being taught this for the umpteenth time in this life!

Will come back to that soon after a short mention of other things of the day.

One, this was breakfast - one of my favorite breakfasts! 😀

And two, this was for dinner!

Three, we watched The Menu while having our dinner.

Timing is everything - it could be for anything - could be for bad or for good.

You got to be at the wrong place at the wrong time to meet with an accident. You need to buy market shares at the right time to make a good profit out of it.

Anyway, the lesson life taught me today wasn't that extreme of an example, luckily! I've been planning on buying a new laptop for a couple of weeks now. After much searching, filtering, reading reviews, visiting stores, I finally concluded the one that suited my needs perfectly - a HP Victus 16-e0650ax. The hardware specs were perfect for my use and the budget also fitted pretty well.

Like I mentioned in yesterday's post, while I was casually talking to my Senior Manager and Director this topic of buying a laptop came up. The Director suggested that I store some big chain electronics store since they give good offers. When he had previously bought his laptop, he had got a printer and soundbar for free. So, I thought we should check out a few electronics stores near us. My wife and I went to a nearby mall to enquire, but they did not have the specific model I was looking for. They did try to sell an alternate one, but I refused. The HP store near me did not have this model.

So back home in the evening, after lending a hand in helping for dinner preparations, I logged on to Amazon to check it out and lo, to my disappointment I see this:
